MEP engineering & FA performance design for the new construction of a 172,000 SF manufacturing & office building. 146,000 SF manufacturing/warehouse space. Two story, 26,000 SF oce space. 2,500 amp, 480/277 volt service. 400kW backup generator. New Hudson Facades specializes in the design, manufacturing, & installation of facades on world class buildings.

FXB Engineering is supporting construction services to the new, 180,000 SF state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

FXB to provide MEP design services for the new New Hudson Facades facility. In addition to FXB, the design-build team includes Granum a/i, Tamora Construction, Inc. and local subcontractors. The project is currently in the final phases of construction and preparing for tenant occupation.

New Hudson Facades is a manufacturer of high end, fine metal and glass products for commercial, residential, healthcare, educational and retail industries. The company is anticipated to generate 168 new jobs locally as a continued effort to bring the manufacturing industry back to America.
