MEP design for this 38,000 SF office/learning center located on the 31st floor of the York Plaza Center Building. The design included multiple offices, classrooms, student labs, and a data center.
Mechanical & Electrical engineering services for four floors and the lower level of this university dormitory building.
FXB has completed several engineering design projects for this Newtown Square campus.
The Facilities mission is to operate and maintain a high-quality physical environment at West Chester University to enhance student learning, faculty teaching and research, and the University’s service to the community. FXB has contributed to WCU’s expansion and renovation goals throughout the entire campus and ancillary facilities such as, the sports complex, graduate center and science lab renovations.
