MEP shell design and tenant fit-out designs for this 750,000 SF shopping center. This “Main Street” style shopping center consists of 32 buildings of retail and food service space. MEP design services included Best Buy, Dicks, DSW Shoes, Raymour & Flanigan, Michaels, Staples, and many others. FXB also provided design services for the site utilities.
