FXB Engineering is a full-service Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection firm based in Chadds Ford, PA.  Our name “FXB” derives from the founder Francis X. Bonnes, P.E. who started the company based on the ideal that each project can be designed in an innovative and efficient manner.  His work ethic, strong moral character, vast technical knowledge, and extensive experience awarded him a prominent name in the industry that is represented by our company today.

In 2002 Frank’s son, Peter J. Bonnes, P.E., became the President of FXB and has led the organization through tremendous growth by striving to carry on his father’s ideals.  Through innate leadership, strong will, and commitment to excellence, Mr. Bonnes exemplifies the high quality engineering FXB is still known for today.  Service, quality, integrity, and sustainability are the pillars of our business, and we continually strive to uphold these core values in all our work.
